Please see below Amenity/Construction Update;
- New pool construction is complete and is scheduled to be inspected by the Health Department.
- Both manhole projects have been completed and sod is to be reinstalled over dig site.
- Landscaping Irrigation is currently being reconnected and tested.
- New swing set is installed with fall zone material and barrier still to be installed.
- New stall dividers to be installed in existing Amenity restrooms.
- County to install water meter to new Pavilion restrooms which will allow a final plumbing inspection to be conducted.
- Once final plumbing inspection and Health Department Pool inspections are passed, the final building inspections will be conducted.
