Dear Residents,
Here are some updates regarding the construction progress for the community to be aware of:
- Fencing delayed by weather, expected to be complete 6/26.
- Fitness center roof leak damage to be completed by 6/26.
- Exiting pavers need corrected due to trip hazard concerns, work has been approved.
- Goal is to have fitness center and pool open for 4th of July holiday weekend.
- Complete amenity opening estimated between Mid-August and Labor Day.
