Dear Residents,
Here are some updates regarding the construction progress for the community to be aware of:
- Fencing to be completed by 6/19, to enable pool opening.
- Ceiling damage to be repaired by 6/22, to enable clubhouse opening.
- Size of playground expanded as a result of the shade area, providing opportunity to add playground equipment, to be reviewed by the Board next meeting.
