Dear Residents,
Here are some updates regarding the construction progress for the community to be aware of:
- ROW connection meeting with the County, Engineer drafting variance requested by County. Project completion early July.
- Water damaged fitness center ceiling being replaced by E&L asap to enable clubhouse opening.
- All efforts to complete work, enabling opening of existing pool and clubhouse to be started with projected opening by 6/15.
- New construction opening delayed until complete and County inspection (approx. 8/15).
