Dear Residents,
Here are some updates regarding the construction progress for the community to be aware of:
- Parking estimated completion date: 5/24, and south parking lot will be open for parking
- Clubhouse is complete, awaiting fitness equipment delivery scheduled for 5/30, and kitchen completion estimated by 6/2.
- Playground equipment and dog park to be completed by 5/30
- Grand Opening tentatively set for 5/29, with kitchen outstanding, and new pool opening pending permits from County.
