Dear Residents,
Here are some updates regarding the construction progress for the community to be aware of:
- Mold remediation work in the clubhouse is completed.
- Roof replacement on the clubhouse will be completed by 3/3/23.
- French drain change order was approved and work begins 3/3/23 to be completed by 3/30/23.
- Pavilion roofing complete with HVAC scheduled to begin 3/3/23.
