Dear Residents,
Here are some updates from the Project Manager regarding the construction progress for the community to be aware of:
- Pool equipment delayed by manufacturer until mid-March, delaying pool completion until end of March
- Companies have been contracted to complete roof replacement and mold remediation and will start once permits are obtained for this effort
- All infrastructure has been installed and completion of gym has been delayed by mold remediation
- Pavilion HVAC and roofing to be complete by end of month
