Dear Residents,

Here are some updates from the Project Manager regarding the construction progress for the community to be aware of:

  • The Board has selected a contractor to complete the roof replacement.
  • The Board has selected a contractor to complete mold remediation.
  • The Board is evaluating a contractor to inspect the foundation.
  • Estimated Completion Date: Before the end of March 2023.
