Dear Residents,
While we have Irwin Park under construction, note that there is an additional pool on Monarch. There is only 1 disabled parking spot, as this was originally designed as a walk up pool. Please be courteous to the neighbors living near the pool and insure emergency vehicles/ garbage trucks can get through. Please do not park on the curve by the Pool Amenity, and try to park on the North side of Monarch, West of the pool location. There is a long stretch of road along the Retention pond.
Reminder that Florida Statute prohibits blocking driveways, sidewalks and mailboxes. Also, it is not legal to park with drivers side front wheel to the curb (facing opposite of traffic flow).
The CDD is looking into additional parking options, but very limited given the location and may be very costly, if feasible to do anything.
