Dear Residents,
Our General Contractor for the project has scheduled the construction site to be fenced in on Thursday, February 17, 2022. At this time, we will be required to close the Irwin Park facility and surrounding amenities encompassed in the construction site for work to begin, the Monarch facility will remain open for use. We will also have to move the scheduled CDD meetings from the clubhouse, and will announce the new locations on the website under the meeting information. Clubhouse staff availability will be limited in some capacities, but they will still be accessible. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this process as we work to improve the community for your future use. Please note, we will continue to post updates on the project via our website, CovingtonParkCDD.org.
