Dear Residents,
We are very excited to begin construction on the Irwin Park amenities expansion project. As we prepare for the work to commence for these improvements, there will be some inconveniences that the community will experience to achieve this growth. We are expecting to have construction fencing around the construction site put up around the end of this month. Homeowners will begin to have limited access to the current amenities, then additional temporary restrictions shortly thereafter, as we progress. These restrictions will include all amenities such as the pool, the fields, and the fitness center. We will work to have things open as much as possible for the residents during this time. The construction fencing and restrictions are for site security and safety. Please be advised, that we will publish more frequent updates on the District website.
